Visrity provides compliance management software designed for venues, pubs, clubs, and hospitality businesses. The Service includes incident management, training tracking, audit management, and reporting capabilities.

To use the Service, you must:

4. Subscription and Payment

Visrity offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or malware
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
