Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All new customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan's features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
2. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first payment. If you're not satisfied with Visrity within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of your first payment
- You must contact our support team at refunds@complyo.com
- You must provide your account email and reason for the refund
3. Renewal Refunds
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the renewal date. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing service use), we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
4. Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for the difference in pricing for the remaining days of your current billing period.
5. Upgrades
When you upgrade your subscription, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and the full price of the new plan on your next renewal date.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
- After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over a 10-day period. If payment cannot be processed, your account will be suspended. You will have 14 days to update your payment information before your account is permanently deleted.
8. Service Interruptions
In the event of significant service interruptions or downtime caused by Visrity, we may offer service credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Service credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom development or consulting services
- One-time setup fees (if applicable)
- Add-on services or features purchased separately
11. Disputes
If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us immediately at refunds@complyo.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We're committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.
